We are looking for an experienced financial advisor to provide comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities
  • Triage client leads and refer to internal partners based on client needs and asset thresholds.
  • Meet with clients to review financial and investment goals and build a financial plan.
  • Recommend brokerage products (stock, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, banking and money‑managed solutions) and banking/investment strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
  • Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs and potential product services.
  • Maintain SAFE Act registration and complete required background checks; failure to maintain registration may result in disciplinary action.
Schedule

Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays.

Required Qualifications
  • Current Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (Series 63 or 65 may be substituted for Series 66 if passing score obtained within 60 days).
  • At least one year of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in‑depth knowledge of investment products and services.
  • At least one year of experience in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
  • Demonstrated ability to set and accomplish goals, build and nurture strong relationships, and collaborate effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging all clients.
  • Ability to manage goals, navigate complexity, prioritize tasks, and execute in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Commitment to incorporating regulatory due diligence into daily activities.
Desired Qualifications
  • Strong computer skills and ability to multitask in a demanding environment.
  • At least three years of experience in the financial service industry or a sales environment with exceeding goals.
  • Additional professional designations such as CFP or CRPC.
  • Insurance licenses.

Shift & Hours

1st shift (United States); 40 hours per week.

Minimum Education
