Pricing/Proposal Analyst (Level
2)- Junior Level What You Will Be Doing
You will be the Proposal Pricing Analyst for the ADP Estimating & Pricing team. In ADP we are on the forefront of developing the next generation capabilities for our platforms and new projects. Our team leads the Estimating and Pricing activities to complete the contracting process. Our highly integrated team lives our LM values and is focused on career and personal development here at LM.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Proposal Pricing Analyst you will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and analyzing functional estimates including labor and material, and pricing for ADP proposals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing proposal requirements
- Supporting internal proposal reviews
- Supporting customer audit/fact findings
- Providing negotiation support
The selected candidate will work closely with departmental functional estimators in their development of basis of estimates that meet established proposal quality standards.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX or Palmdale, CA.
Security RequirementsMust be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires Special Access. Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI level clearance after hire.
Basic Qualifications- Bachelors degree or above from an accredited college, or 4 years experience in absence of Bachelors Degree
- Advanced Microsoft Excel experience
- Data analytics and analysis experience
- Bachelors degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or related discipline
- Experience reading, analyzing, and planning a response to a Request for Proposal (RFP)
- Experience in FAR, TINA, and CAS
- Experience in developing pricing for cost proposals and supporting them through negotiations
- Experience working or studying in a team environment, as well as an individual contributor
- Knowledge of LM Aero's business practices
- Knowledge of pricing tools such as PROPRICER or other pricing application(s)
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $60,600 - $106,835. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
Lockheed Martin considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week to condensed schedules. The schedule for this position is 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
