Trust Advisor II

• Review and administer a portfolio of fiduciary accounts in accordance with governing documents.
• Manage client relationships by fully understanding their needs, maintaining regular client contact (including attendings with clients and potential clients as appropriate), and proactively driving asset re‑discovery while delivering an excellent overall client experience.
• Profile clients and establish goals, objectives, and risk parameters.
• Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and internal policies by tracking operative updates and appropriately documenting exceptions.
• Act with Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all‑win outcomes.

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of trust administration experience, or JD from an accredited law school.
• Demonstrated ability to administer complex fiduciary accounts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• (Preferred) CTFA, CFP, or similar professional designation.
