Vice President of Financial Planning Analysis

We are conducting a search for a Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis on behalf of a multi-site healthcare platform scaling through both organic growth and acquisition activity. This role reports to the CFO and serves as the senior financial planning leader across the enterprise. The VP of FP&A will own the budget, forecast, and the financial decision support that informs both operating and strategic decisions across the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and monthly financial reporting.
• Drive financial modelling for M&A, including diligence, integration, and post-acquisition performance.
• Partner with executive leadership to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Build and mentor a high-performing FP&A team.
• Improve financial performance through budget oversight, variance analysis, and ROI tracking.
• Support board, investor, and lender reporting.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive FP&A and finance leadership experience.
• Previous experience as a VP or Director of FP&A preferred.
• Background in private equity-backed and/or multi-site organisations is highly desirable.
• Healthcare services experience is a plus.
• Advanced financial modelling, planning, and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required; MBA preferred.
• Based in the U.S. with willingness to travel.
