Corporate Finance Manager

Our client is seeking a Corporate Finance Manager to support strategic finance initiatives, capital planning, financial modeling, and M&A activities. This highly visible role partners closely with executive leadership to drive financial performance, evaluate growth opportunities, and provide insights that influence key business decisions.

• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and cash flow analyses.
• Support strategic planning, budgeting, and capital allocation initiatives.
• Assist with investor, lender, and board reporting, including financial presentations.
• Evaluate liquidity, financing needs, and debt reporting requirements.
• Lead financial analysis and valuation modeling for acquisitions and strategic investments.
• Coordinate due diligence efforts and partner with internal teams and external advisors throughout transaction processes.
• Analyze business performance and provide recommendations to executive leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting, forecasting, and decision-making processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, transaction advisory, or strategic finance.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, capital planning, or corporate development initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with executive leadership.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve financial analysis or reporting processes is a plus.
