CMB Regional Centers is seeking a Portfolio Analyst to join our Finance team. The role focuses on monitoring borrower and guarantor financial reports to ensure loan covenants are met and to support asset management and reporting functions.
You will work closely with the Asset Manager and VP of Finance to maintain accurate financial health assessments, update databases, and perform analysis as required. Ideal candidates have a real estate/finance background and strong Excel skills.
