Job Title:
Mortgage Servicing Specialist (Level I)
Duration: 12 Months
Pay Rate: $13/hr
Shift Timings:
Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Job Description:
Performs various entry level production and support functions including: receiving, reconciliation, tracking, imaging, and retrieval of mortgage documents using AS400 and/or Carousel. May be required to perform simple research tasks. In the future this position may be expected to handle more complex responsibilities.
Required skills:
- Knowledge of mortgage documents
- Knowledge of AS400/Carousel preferred
- General PC skills including 10 Key
- Ability to lift up boxes up to 30 lbs
Desired skills:
- Strong verbal and written skills.
- Detail Oriented/strong organizational skills
- Some mortgage background is helpful
- Must be very quick learner
- Ability to work as a team player and get along with the group
This is a production environment
