POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Finance Manager, US Operations is a hands-on finance professional who will own the day-to-day finance operations of Ranchbot's growing US business while partnering closely with the US CEO and Group CFO to deliver accurate financial reporting, payroll, commercial analysis and strong financial controls.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the preparation of the US components of monthly management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and cash flow reporting for the Group.
  • Support month-end and year-end close for the US entity, prepare month-end reconciliations, schedules and supporting work papers for US GAAP reporting.

  • Experience managing or administering payroll for a US workforce, ideally through an outsourced PEO arrangement (e.g. Justworks, Insperity, Tri Net).
  • Prior experience in a scale-up, venture-backed or private equity-backed environment with fast paced monthly reporting cycles, comfortable operating with limited local support infrastructure,
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with modern accounting/ERP systems; exposure to multi-entity or cross-border finance operations (Australia/US) highly regarded.
