- Develop and manage annual budgets & financial forecasts
- Analyze monthly financial results and explain key variances
- Create and present financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs
- Partner with leaders to identify cost‑saving & performance improvements
- Maintain rolling forecasts and support strategic financial planning
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 2–4+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or FP&A
- Preferred experience includes:
- Pro forma development
- Financial forecasting and modeling
- CMS reimbursement experience (Medicare and Medicaid supplemental payments)
- Strong background in healthcare finance
- Advanced skills in data analysis, reporting, and insight generation
