Loan Portfolio Manager - Team Lead

Reporting directly to the Director of Portfolio Management, the Portfolio Manager Team Lead at Plains Capital Bank manages the operational workflow of the commercial portfolio management function, ensuring efficient administration of credit requests, renewals, and portfolio servicing activities. This position leads a team of Portfolio Managers, provides training and mentorship, and acts as a key liaison between commercial credit and lending teams.

The Team Lead also maintains responsibility for a book of complex commercial banking relationships and ensures all portfolio activities meet regulatory, policy, and service standards.
