Sr Manager, Investor Relations
This job is a member of the Investor Relations Team within the Finance Division. Responsible for maintaining and improving relations and communications between the company and its shareholders, the investing public, and other members of the financial community.
What you'll do:
- Responds to inquiries from the public (retail & institutional), including individual investors and buy and sell side investors/analysts
- Analyzes the financial and operating metrics of the company and other airlines and creates reports/presentations
- Oversees creation of annual report
- Coordinates and manages annual shareholder meeting
- Communicates Wall Street perceptions to internal senior leadership team
- Develops and implements investor communication strategies
- Completes ad-hoc projects/reports related to the company's investor relations efforts

Minimum Qualifications:
- Education & Prior Job
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field or equivalent experience/training - 5 years' experience in a finance-related position
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education & Prior Job
Experience:
Advanced degree in related field or equivalent experience/training
Skills, Licenses &
Certifications:
- Knowledge of SEC regulations pertaining to publicly traded companies (i.e., disclosure regulations)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional presentation and reporting skills
- Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees within the organization
- Ability to represent the Company favorably and professionally to external audiences
- Strong decision-making abilities
- Excellent analytical thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently
