• Accountable for entering and maintaining all credit card deposits and chargebacks.
• Responsible for reconciling store paperwork credit cards reported to actual received.
• Responsible for investigating and resolving customer disputes.
• Accountable for billbacks and working with customers to ensure prompt returns of funds.
• Responsible for reconciling and balance credit card receivables.
• Liaison between stores and credit card processor or trucker companies to investigate any discrepancies until resolution.
• When needed help with credit applications and integration of new credit card processors.
• Adhere to PCI compliance regulations.
• As a team member, may handle accounts receivable, as necessary.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly and year-end reporting, as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Three (3) or more years of experience in a similar role.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Experience in consumer retail industry strongly preferred.
