Financial Additions is assisting a growing Real Estate Investment Group in the Fort Worth area with a Portfolio and Fund Management Officer position. The ideal candidate brings an entrepreneurial heart and a strong background in real estate investment funds, private equity funds and debt funds.
This position is in office in the Fort Worth area.
What you will do:- Oversees the strategy of the portfolio, all treasury, investor reporting, asset optimization, fund management and capital allocations.
- Helps to decide which assets are acquired for the REIT platform.
- Evaluate risk across asset classes and investment strategies
- Create portfolio plans and develop recommendations on the portfolio
- Oversee private fund operations across current and future vehicles.
- Support due diligence for investors and create investor reporting packages
- Manage banking and treasury relationships and assist with capital optimization across assets, funds, etc.
- 10+ years in real estate investment management, fund management, asset management or portfolio management
- Understanding of fund structures, investor reporting, treasury management, capital planning
- Must have an entrepreneurial heart and excitement to help scale a growing company
