Job Details
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to join our team. This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to work with a team of professionals dedicated to managing our company's financial activities. You'll have the chance to utilize your expertise in financial analysis, cash management, and treasury operations to make a significant impact on our company's financial health.
Responsibilities:
As a Treasury Analyst, you will be responsible for:
1. Overseeing daily cash management operations and ensuring adequate liquidity for working capital needs.
2. Developing and maintaining financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
3. Assisting in the preparation of financial reports for senior management, highlighting key business performance drivers.
4. Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the treasury department.
5. Managing relationships with financial service providers, including banks and investment advisors.
6. Analyzing financial data to identify trends, potential risks, and opportunities for improvement.
7. Participating in strategic projects, such as mergers and acquisitions, capital market transactions, and other treasury related projects.
8. Ensuring compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures in day-to-day conduct and supervision of cash management activities.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in treasury, finance, or a related field.
3. Strong proficiency in Excel, including experience with financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting.
4. Knowledge of treasury software expertise a plus, as well as familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
5. Strong analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to interpret and analyze financial data.
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
