A client of Insight Global's is seeking an experienced Financial Planning Advocate to serve as a subject matter expert and trusted resource for financial advisors and support teams. This role combines deep financial planning expertise with training, coaching, and consulting responsibilities to help advisors deliver exceptional financial planning experiences to clients.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as a financial planning subject matter expert for advisors and support staff.
• Provide guidance on complex financial planning scenarios and client situations.
• Train advisors on financial planning concepts, planning strategies, and client engagement best practices.
• Deliver training programs in both virtual and in-person environments for individuals and groups.
• Build strong relationships with advisors, field leaders, business partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain expertise in retirement planning, insurance solutions, investment products, Social Security, Medicare, estate planning, taxation, and related financial planning strategies.
• Become a power user of financial planning technology platforms and provide training and support on those tools.
• Help develop educational resources, training materials, and best practices related to financial planning.
• Coach and mentor peers while contributing to a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives and projects that enhance the overall financial planning experience.
• Travel to field locations as needed for training delivery and advisor support (approximately 25%-50% travel).
