* ** What You Will Be Doing*
* You will be the Financial Management Analyst for the Advanced Development Programs (ADP) Program Finance team.

As the Financial Management Analyst you will be supporting a multitude of program finance functions including: establishing / managing program Performance Measurement Baselines (PMB), analysis and reconciliation of actual costs, development of Estimates at Complete (EAC), and conducting Earned Value analysis and reporting. Your responsibilities will include:

- Cost allocation

- Controlling costs

- Preparing financial performance reports and contractual deliverable

Performs one or more multiple financial activities within various finance job functions (FP&A, Overhead, Program Finance, Accounting, Controller, etc.). Will include some or all of the responsibilities as defined. Performs financial analysis, establishes performance management budgeting, and forecasting activities to include variance analysis, trend identification, workforce planning drivers, risk and opportunities assessment and development of mitigation plans. Integrates information from multiple financial systems, processes and functions in order to consolidate the data forensics into actionable business solution recommendations.

Timely and accurately consolidates financial results (Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash, ROIC, Overhead, Discretionary Funding) and monthly, quarterly and year end reporting to internal and external customers to include government contractual cost and schedule earned value management reporting. Develops and utilizes forward-looking data analytics, visualization and trend analysis to inform financial strategy and decision making. Develops and provides actionable recommendations to key stakeholders to make sound financial and operating decisions.

Maintains applicable internal and external (FAR, CAS, SEC, US GAAP) policy, procedure, and controls for compliance to support internal process and external regulatory requirements. Provides subject matter expertise support to proposal development, basis of estimate and negotiations, as required.

Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

** Basic Qualifications*
* - Bachelors degree from an accredited college or 4 years experience in the absence of a Bachelors degree

- Experience in any of the following:
Financial analysis, pricing and estimating, expense tracking, program scheduling, Supply chain management and interpreting policy, and/or purchasing/procurement.

** Desired Skills*
* - Familiarity with Systems, Applications, Products

Software (SAP).

- Familiarity with Hyperion/Accounting Data

Analysis and Reporting (ADAR).

- Experience in developing program budgets and

Estimates at Completion.

- Familiarity with cost/reporting systems similar

to Cost View, Deltek Cobra and Cost Point.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Active DoD Secret clearance.

- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products

with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
