Job Description *
* Performs one or more multiple financial activities within various finance job functions (FP&A, Overhead, Program Finance, Accounting, Controller, etc.). Will include some or all of the responsibilities as defined. Performs financial analysis, establishes performance management budgeting, and forecasting activities to include variance analysis, trend identification, workforce planning drivers, risk and opportunities assessment and development of mitigation plans. Integrates information from multiple financial systems, processes and functions in order to consolidate the data forensics into actionable business solution recommendations.

Timely and accurately consolidates financial results (Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash, ROIC, Overhead, Discretionary Funding) and monthly, quarterly and year end reporting to internal and external customers to include government contractual cost and schedule earned value management reporting. Develops and utilizes forward-looking data analytics, visualization and trend analysis to inform financial strategy and decision making. Develops and provides actionable recommendations to key stakeholders to make sound financial and operating decisions.

Maintains applicable internal and external (FAR, CAS, SEC, US GAAP) policy, procedure, and controls for compliance to support internal process and external regulatory requirements. Provides subject matter expertise support to proposal development, basis of estimate and negotiations, as required.

This position will lead the development, maintenance and training of consistent and repeatable processes and procedures ensuring data quality is maintained. Procedures should include development of standard IPT/CAM reports, incorporating Budget and EAC changes, staffing analysis, and analysis of performance at a Control Account all in support of monthly CDRL reporting requirements at the IPT and PM Levels. Typical applications include Microsoft Excell, Microsoft Access, Tableau, Confluence, Deltek applications, Empower, and basic SQL.

Candidate will assist in training Individual Contributors in providing support to the CAMs/IPTs including proper methods of compiling data and techniques for ensuring data quality. Candidate will provide support as needed to produce Monthly IPMR and CFSR including analysis and development of data required to produce each report.

* Working locations are choosen between Fort Worth TX or Palmdale CA

** Basic Qualifications*
* Bachelor's degree with 8 years of accounting/finance experience combined with minimum 4 years of experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) concepts and their application.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Products with emphasis on Excel and basic SQL.

Experience with cost systems similar to Deltek Cobra, Tableau, and Empower.

Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance. Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. This position will work on-site Full-Time

** Desired Skills*
* Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business.

Familiarity with Systems, Applications, Products Software (SAP).

Familiarity with Hyperion/Accounting Data Analysis and Reporting (ADAR).

Experience in developing program budgets and Estimates at Completion.

Data analysis through use of self-developed queries.

Familiarity with cost systems similar to Deltek Cobra.

High degree of interpersonal skills required in interfacing with Senior Leadership, Control Account Managers, Program Management leads, and other Program Finance personnel across multiple sites.

Experience in taking raw data and presenting it in written/oral form for concise management reports.

Experience with formal CPR/IPMR Reporting.

Ability to lead and mentor less senior analysts.

Experience in playing a key role within a diverse team made of many different disciplines.

DoD Secret clearance.

* Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00
