We are a growing Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm seeking a detail‑oriented, proactive Client Service Associate (CSA) to support our advisory team and deliver an exceptional service experience to our clients.
The CSA will handle account opening, account maintenance, custodial workflows, client communication, and administrative support that enables advisors to focus on planning and relationship management.
This is an ideal role for someone who is organized, enjoys operational work, communicates clearly, and thrives in a client‑centric environment.
Key Responsibilities Client Service + Custodian Operations- Prepare, submit, and track account opening paperwork with custodian and clients.
- Process ACAT transfers
, beneficiary updates, address changes, and other account maintenance. - Facilitate money movement (ACH, wires, journals) in accordance with firm and custodian protocols.
- Troubleshoot and resolve custodian-related issues promptly.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for general client service needs.
- Respond to emails and phone inquiries professionally and in a timely manner.
- Update CRM records and maintain accurate client files.
- Assist advisors with meeting preparation, follow‑ups, and documentation.
- Monitor pending requests to ensure completion and communicate status to clients and advisors.
- Support compliance‑aligned processes such as annual reviews and document retention.
- Follow established service processes and contribute feedback for improvements.
- Maintain high attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in all tasks.
- 1–4 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or similar operational role preferred.
- Familiarity with RIA custodian Fidelity a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy; experience with CRMs and custodian portals strongly preferred.
- High ethics, professionalism, and client‑focused mindset.
