Kelly Services seeks a Director – Business Unit (P&L) Accounting to own full P&L for the SETT, ETM and EDU segments, including revenue, cost of services, AR oversight, and BU SG&A. You will partner with Finance and operations to ensure timely revenue recognition and accurate COS, while standing up a new BU accounting team.
The role requires deep ASC 606 expertise, strong leadership, and collaboration across FP&A, operations, and external reporting.
