We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Card Fraud Support Staff member to join our team. This position is 100% onsite at our Fort Worth, Texas location, and interviews will be conducted virtually. The ideal candidate will have strong keyboarding skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to apply critical thinking to identify and address potential issues. This role involves data entry of disputed transactions and other general clerical tasks.

Responsibilities:
Perform data entry of disputed transactions into the Core System and/or Visa credit card software. Handle other general clerical tasks as assigned. Apply critical thinking to identify and question potential issues in the information being processed. Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Ensure reliability and punctuality in daily attendance at the AACU headquarters.

Qualifications:

Keyboarding skills of at least 45 words per minute with strong accuracy. Keen attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy. Experience using Microsoft Outlook. Ability to apply critical thinking to identify and address potential issues. Must be able to pass applicable American Airlines and Credit Union pre-hire compliance checks. Must be able to work onsite daily at AACU headquarters during normal business hours: 14050 FAA Blvd, Fort Worth, TX 76155.

Pay Range: $15/hr- $17 The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
