SUPERVISORY FACILITIES OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
in the FACILITIES MANAGEMENT DIVISION of NAS JRB FT WORTH.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Applying a comprehensive range of principles, concepts, and practices concerning facility administration sufficient to prepare initial project scopes, descriptions and justifications for necessary facility modifications when infrastructure capabilities cannot support valid mission requirements;Assigning work, setting priorities, and establishing deadlines for subordinates to ensure that organizational deadlines are met;Providing constructive feedback to subordinates and fostering a mentoring atmosphere;Developing, evaluating and implementing immediate and long range goals, objectives, and plan schedules to meet substantial changes in program authority and/or funding;Preparing work packages that include drawings of the existing areas involved, changes required, and detailed descriptions of the work and equipment involved;Communicating both orally and in writing with professionals at all levels of the Command in order to attend or conduct meetings, give briefings, and/or make presentations.(
