Now hiring a Salon Manager at Sharkey's North Fort Worth. Earning right away $26 - $40 in total compensation per hour.

Must have an upbeat attitude with a commitment to provide an unforgettable fun and exciting haircut experience for each of our client children and parents. Ability to listen to and communicate with clients to ensure their complete satisfaction.

Responsible for the daily operations of the salon.

Ability to hire, lead, coach and train team for performance and salon goals.

Operate Point-of-Sale software system.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced atmosphere.

Ability to work with kids.

Organize employees’ shifts.

Oversee and maintain the health and safety of customers by following the laws and rules set forth by the state board of cosmetology/barbering.

Report directly to ownership.

Minimum two years’ experience.

Able to work weekends.

No late hours.
