LICENSED SALON MANAGER

• Lead all facets of a salon’s operations and provide leadership and tools to help staff increase clientele and profitability.
• Provide all hair care services offered by Supercuts and ensure the highest quality guest service standards.
• Offer the full range of haircare services, provide quality consultations, and help guests achieve their desired look with guidance they can duplicate at home.

• Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state regulations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to provide exceptional guest service, understand guest needs, perform quality consultations, and deliver services efficiently and professionally.
• Ability to perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, POS transactions, opening/closing procedures, and light housekeeping (inventory, staff meetings).
• Ability to resolve guest issues and lead a team, providing training and guidance on business and technical matters.
• Must be comfortable with lifting, bending, and repetitive movements, occasionally lifting 10-25 lbs.
