Waxing Specialist/Esthetician position at Sugaring NYC located at 2809 Heritage Trace Parkway, Fort Worth, TX 76177. Entry‑level and experienced candidates welcome.

Pay: Base $11/hr plus commissions on membership and products, tips, and other incentives.

Fort Worth, TX.

• Perform waxing services according to spa quality and time standards.
• Educate guests on available services: full‑body sugaring, lash lifting & tinting, brow tinting & lamination, and other treatments.
• Communicate expectations and guide clients throughout their experience.
• Maintain a professional attitude while driving team and personal success.
• Manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Share product knowledge and close retail sales.
• Complete daily planner to track goals and results.
• Turn over treatment room promptly after each client.
• Sanitize treatment area between clients and nightly at closing.
• Promote proper maintenance to clients.
• Follow communication guidelines and scripting to create a positive work environment.
• Tailor each guest’s experience to individual needs.
• Perform general cleaning duties: sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, window cleaning, sanitizing, laundry, etc.
• Uphold the company’s mission of providing organic, eco‑friendly beauty services.
• Participate actively in team settings and quarterly staff meetings.
• Maintain a valid Texas state Esthetician license and ensure room and equipment cleanliness per state requirements.

Full‑time and part‑time shifts available. At least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) required. Open 7 days a week:
Monday–Friday 9 am–9 pm, Saturday & Sunday 9 am–7 pm.
