Overview

Orange Twist, a leading national aesthetic treatment brand, offers a curated range of services including Botox, fillers, Cool Sculpting, Hydra Facial, lasers, micro‑needling, and scalp care. We serve clients in Dallas, Fort Worth, Highland Village, Houston, Keller, McKinney, and Sugar Land, Texas and are looking for a licensed esthetician to join our team.

• Full‑time: 4–5 shifts a week, minimum 4 weekend days a month
• Part‑time: 3 shifts a week, minimum 4 weekend days a month

Hourly total compensation $24–$60, based on performance.

• Perform skincare consultations and skin analysis to assess client conditions, concerns, and goals.
• Provide customized treatments, including facials, chemical peels, micro‑dermabrasion, acne, anti‑aging, and skin rejuvenation procedures.
• Perform professional extractions and educate clients on proper home‑care techniques.
• Maintain a clean workspace, ensuring sanitary and safety standards.
• Track accurate client records, treatment details, and product recommendations.
• Upsell retail skincare products and recommend home‑care routines to optimize results.
• Build strong client relationships and address inquiries and concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to create a harmonious work environment.
• Assist in promotion and marketing of services, events, and retail products.

• Certificate of completion of an esthetics program.
• State board certification of barber and cosmetology.
• Valid laser certification.
• Current unrestricted esthetician license in the state.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an esthetician.
