Job Summary

We are a national aesthetic treatment boutique offering body, face, and skin services. We are hiring a licensed esthetician to provide exceptional skincare services and treatments to clients.

5925 Convair Drive, Suite 545, Fort Worth, TX 76109

4-5 shifts a week, minimum 4 weekend days a month

Hourly rate $24-$60, based on performance.

• Perform skincare consultations to assess clients' skin conditions, concerns, and goals.
• Provide customized skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other advanced esthetic procedures.
• Conduct thorough skin analysis and recommend appropriate skincare regimens and products tailored to individual clients' needs.
• Perform professional extractions and offer guidance on proper home‑care techniques for maintaining healthy skin.
• Administer specialized treatments such as acne treatments, anti‑aging procedures, and skin rejuvenation therapies.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in skincare and the esthetic industry through continuous education and training.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring adherence to sanitary and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of client information, treatment details, and product recommendations.
• Upsell retail skincare products and recommend home‑care routines to clients to optimize results.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and addressing client inquiries and concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to create a harmonious and professional work environment.
• Assist in the promotion and marketing of skincare services, events, and retail products.

• Certificate of Completion of an esthetics program.
• State Board Certification of Barber and Cosmetology.
• Valid Laser Certification.
• Current, unrestricted esthetician license to practice in the state.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an esthetician.
