Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist
Company: AIM, Assessment Intervention Management
Minimum Qualifications- Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid Texas SLP License
- Valid Driver’s License
- Flexible schedule and a 40‑hour maximum per week

- Offer professional development to school personnel on identifying and understanding communication deficits
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, students, and parents about therapy goals
- Create a conducive learning environment suitable for student maturity levels
- Coordinate ongoing evaluation of speech‑language pathology services and implement changes as needed
- Assist in the selection of equipment and instructional materials
- Compile, maintain, and file all necessary reports and records
- Maintain emotional control under stress
- Daily attendance and punctuality are essential
