Job SummaryResponsible for developing conformity packages for the 525 program, ensuring compliance of Bell QMS with regulatory requirements, and maintaining processes/procedures for the certified repair station.
Responsibilities- Maintain/update QMS procedures, revise training/quality manuals, create FAA roster procedure
- Update training records, develop/revise PC extension procedures, manage Brain Shark training updates
- Track RCCA, create drug/alcohol testing procedures
- Support continuous improvement and RCCA initiatives
BS Degree required
Skills / Experience- 7–10 yrs experience, procedure development & training creation
- 14 CFR Part 145 Repair Station background, FAA regulatory knowledge
- Corrective action & continuous improvement methodology, statistical analysis
- Project management, MS Office proficiency, strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently/team-oriented, organized
