Position Overview: We are currently looking for an Optician and Pretester specializing in customer service and frame and lens selection to support our optometric team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for precision and a keen understanding of optical instruments.

• Knowledge of lens types, frame styles, and industry trends.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and precision in measurements.
• Familiarity with vision insurance plans is a plus.
