Day Habilitation ManagerDo you have an unwavering Commitment! We are looking to add you to our Management Team.
ResponsibilitiesAs the Day Habilitation Manager, you will oversee the coordination of day habilitation activities aimed at assessing and addressing the unique needs of designated participants will be tasked with monitoring and managing individual programs to uphold quality standards and regulatory compliance during surveys. Proficiency in ICF, Texas Home Living, PASSR, HCS, and General Revenue under DADS is essential for fulfilling these responsibilities.
Education and Experience- Minimum Education:
High School Diploma/GED - Defined

Three (3) years of health and human services direct care experience - Years’
Experience:
Two (2) years - Defined
Experience:
Health and Human Services field; experience working with direct care - License/
Certifications:
Valid Texas Driver’s License
