Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) - Independent Pharmacy | Fort Worth, TX

Full-Time | $58-$61/hr + Annual Bonus | No Sundays.

We are hiring a Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) for a well-established independent community pharmacy located in Fort Worth, TX (Ridglea area).

This is a great opportunity for a pharmacist who enjoys patient relationships, strong team support, and leading day-to-day pharmacy operations.

• Monday-Friday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM
• Sunday:
  Closed

• Wednesday off
• Works every other Saturday

• Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently
• Provide patient counseling and drug information
• Ensure medication safety and final verification
• Support pharmacy workflow, compliance, and quality
• Manage inventory and pharmacy profitability metrics (margin, reimbursement, shrink)

• Active Texas Pharmacist license (required)

• Strong community/retail pharmacy experience
• Immunization certification preferred (can be completed after hire)
