For over 50 years, MHMR has provided community-based services for youth and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), mental health conditions, and substance use disorders, as well as babies and young children with developmental delays. As a Residential Technician, we are looking for someone who will assist and oversee activities of daily living – including, but not limited to domestic, hygienic, and community integration. You will also be supporting the individuals with self-medication tasks, vital signs, and documentation. You may need to utilize verbal and/or physical intervention when necessary to ensure the safety of clients and other staff.

In this role, you will help keep clients safe and healthy, ensure they have choices and due process, provide opportunities for community participation, and encourage them to realize their personal goals.
