PRN Certified Surgical Technologist; CST – Plastic Surgery Center

We are seeking an experienced PRN Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) with direct plastic surgery experience to support our surgical team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, anticipates surgeon needs, and thrives in a fast-paced ambulatory surgery environment.

• Prepare and maintain the sterile field for plastic and reconstructive surgical procedures.
• Anticipate surgeon needs and pass instruments efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure proper handling and accountability of surgical instruments and supplies.
• Assist with case setup, breakdown, and room turnover.
• Maintain strict adherence to sterile technique and infection control protocols.
• Support patient safety initiatives and regulatory compliance standards.
• Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and OR staff.

• Current CST certification required.
• Active Surgical Technologist registration (if required by state).
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years of OR experience required.
• Recent plastic surgery experience required (cosmetic and/or reconstructive cases).
• Ambulatory surgery center experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of plastic surgery instrumentation and procedures.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

• PRN/Per Diem. Our surgery days are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday.
• Flexible scheduling based on surgical volume.
