Memorial Medical Center Anesthesiologist w​/Cardiac

LIFESTYLE position in the beautiful jewel of the southwest Las Cruces, New Mexico. 1.5 hours from mountains/Snow skiing. 1 hour away from reservoir with boating and fishing. You will be working in a collaborative practice with 4 MD’s and 16-19 CRNA’s. Do your own cases as well as rotating the assignment of being one of two “Anesthesia In charge” involved performing pre-op evaluations, pre op nerve blocks, etc.

SECOND CALL ONLY. The expectation for second call is for cardiac cases, major traumas, or severely medically complicated patients. The current “call back in rate” for second call is a handful of times a year.

On regular days, out of OR at 3:00-4:00 on average. Around 40-45 hours a week.

• $660-$700K (base, cardiac pay, retention bonus)
• 1099 position
• $50K sign-on/ relocation bonus
• 12 weeks off per year
