One of our clients is seeking a Licensed Dyslexia Therapist (LDT) or CALT.

The Licensed Dyslexia Therapist (LDT) or CALT will provide evidence‑based dyslexia instruction and support to students, primarily using the Take Flight program. This role is focused on student evaluations, targeted interventions, and direct instruction to support academic growth. The professional collaborates with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure effective literacy instruction and student success during the medical leave period.

• Licensed Dyslexia Therapist (LDT) or Certified Academic Language Therapist (CALT)
• Take Flight training

• Experience in school‑based dyslexia instruction or literacy support
• Skilled in conducting student assessments and delivering individualized intervention plans
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
