Business Deveopment Director
Responsibilities
- Oversee BD team KPIs, manage daily activity, dashboards, and weekly strategy alignment.
- Build + execute a market strategy for hospitals and skilled nursing facilities.
- Directly manage key accounts and open new ones.
- Recruit, train, and retain high-performing liaisons.
Requirements
- Minimum 3?5 years hospice Business Development Management experience
- Must have existing meaningful relationships with hospital systems, skilled nursing facilities, post-acute networks, and case management groups.
- Must understand hospice compliance, capped billing model, LOS management, and how BD aligns with clinical ops.
- Bachelors degree highly preferred
