Canvas Outpatient — Full-Time Evening Adult IOP Therapist (In-Person | Fort Worth, TX)
Canvas Outpatient is expanding our Adult Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and is seeking a full-time therapist to facilitate evening groups in person. This is a meaningful clinical role for someone passionate about trauma‑informed, modern mental health care.
Schedule:
• 10:00 am – 6:00 pm, Fridays
• 12:30 pm – 8:30 pm, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday (flexible based on availability)
- Must hold one of the following Texas licenses:
LMSW (clinical track — supervision provided) - Facilitate adult IOP group therapy (structured, evidence‑based, trauma‑informed)
- Complete Clinical Intakes and coordinate with administrative staff
- Participate in weekly case staffing for wraparound support
- Complete clinical documentation promptly (same day)
- Passion for group work, trauma recovery, and whole‑person care
- Values culture, clinical integrity, and a supportive team environment
- Interested in growth — future PHP, specialty tracks, or leadership opportunities
- Clinical supervision if needed
- A human, non‑corporate outpatient setting
- A program built for actual patient outcomes — not volume
