Director of Operations – Ground Campuses

Location: Fort Worth Campus-Based |
Travel: Up to 20% |
Relocation Required for Future Promotion
CHCP is seeking a dynamic Director of Operations to support ground campus performance, compliance, and student success. This role is part of CHCP’s Leadership Pathway Program and is designed as a preparatory step toward becoming a Campus President. The ideal candidate is an experienced higher‑education leader ready to grow, lead cross‑functional teams, and relocate as needed for advancement.
Key Responsibilities- Support daily campus operations across Academics, Career Services, Financial Aid, and Admissions
- Monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and ensure regulatory compliance
- Assist with budgeting, resource allocation, and strategic planning
- Lead and develop faculty and departmental leaders
- Oversee Admissions, Financial Aid, and Career Services performance
- Represent CHCP at community, employer, and student events
- 5–10 years of leadership experience in higher education
- Bachelor’s required;
Master’s preferred - Strong operational, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience leading diverse teams and driving results
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic database tools
