Texas Care Stop 6 is a Medicaid-enrolled Behavioral Health clinic serving children and families in Fort Worth. Services are delivered in homes, schools, and approved community settings.
This is a community-based field role. Approximately 90% of services are provided in homes and schools. This is not an office-based position.
Responsibilities- Provide Skills Training and Targeted Case Management
- Maintain Medicaid-compliant documentation
- Submit documentation within required time frames
- Coordinate with families, schools, and community partners
- $27 per billable hour
- Contractors who complete 32 or more approved billable hours within a weekly billing cycle are eligible for a $120 weekly performance bonus
- Contractors manage their own schedules based on assigned clients
- Contractors are expected to maintain reliable availability to support client continuity
- QMHP eligible in Texas
- Experience working with youth preferred
- Strong documentation and time management skills
- Reliable transportation
