Work Hours:
Full Time Day Shift (8:00am-5:00pm) for 40 hrs/week

Experience working with:
Excel/Alteryx / Tableau / Teradata preferred
- Education Bachelor's Degree Accounting, Finance, or other business related is required
- 3 Years Finance healthcare experience is required and
- 1 Year Decision support experience is preferred
- CPA - Certified Public Accountant Upon Hire is preferred Or
- Other Clinical Certification Upon Hire is preferred Or
- Strong PC literacy with full suite of Microsoft Office applications, including Access. Prefer experience with relational database technology.
- Perform data modeling and data analysis using statistical techniques.
- Analyze variances reported in order to identify the causes and implications of said variances.
- Participate in benchmarking efforts that will be used to measure and set goals for improving performance.
- Establish data accuracy and validity derived from a variety of systems.
- Develop and lead training programs for new and current users of decision support system.
Strong PC literacy with full suite of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. Prefer experience with healthcare decision support systems, such as: EPSi, Strata, or Oracle EPBCS.
