Relient Health is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs) for full-time, in-person opportunities within established rehabilitation departments across Texas. These are full-time, direct-hire, permanent placement positions (not travel, not contract, not PRN).

Our openings include opportunities in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), retirement communities, hospitals, outpatient clinics, pediatric settings, and home health, depending on the specific location.

Dalhart, Katy, Kerrville, and additional Texas markets.

• Licensed Texas Occupational Therapists (OTs)
• OTs relocating to Texas
• Recent graduates from accredited OT programs pursuing Texas licensure
• OTs seeking experience in SNF, ALF, retirement communities, hospital-based rehab, outpatient, pediatric, home health, or mixed-setting rehabilitation roles

This role is specific to licensed Occupational Therapists practicing within a rehabilitation department. This is not a CNA, nursing assistant, medical assistant, therapy aide, or non-licensed support role.

Competitive statewide OT salary range: $38-48/hr (Compensation varies by market, setting, and experience.)

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver skilled occupational therapy services in a rehabilitation setting
• Promote patient independence with ADLs, functional tasks, mobility, and safety
• Document patient care using EMR systems per state, federal, and facility standards
• Collaborate with COTAs, rehab staff, nursing teams, and interdisciplinary care providers

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy (OT) program
• Active Texas OT license, or eligibility/pending licensure
• Ability to work full-time in one of the listed Texas markets
• Authorized to work in the United States
