We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our stand‑alone outpatient rehab clinic in the hospital district South of downtown Fort Worth. The Green Oaks Fort Worth clinic sees a variety of post‑op and non‑op patients. The clinic has a lot of neck and low back pain patients, most of the other patients are a mix of knees and shoulders.
We also offer aquatic therapy with our indoor pool. The clinic director is Mckenzie certified, which guides clinic processes and methods. Some neuro patients, but no expectations of transferring dependent patients.
- Graduate from a CAPTE‑accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current Texas state license or license eligible as a Physical Therapist Assistant
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology
- Proficiency in exercise prescription and manual therapy techniques
- Excellent patient care and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
- Passion for physical therapy and genuine commitment to patient care
- Ability to stay on task, adaptable, with a positive attitude
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to patient confidentiality
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and treatment plans
- Goal‑oriented mindset with a determination to achieve professional objectives
