Housing Coordinator

at MHMR, where your expertise will directly contribute to programs that make a lasting impact.
The position of Housing Coordinator provides housing services to clients in the MH Jail Diversion Center. The Housing Coordinator will screen for housing needs and work with internal resources and community agencies to obtain housing solutions for clients. This position will also participate in treatment team meetings to assist in the development of transition planning for clients transferring from the MH Jail Diversion Center.
The Housing Coordinator will be responsible for staying current on housing programs within the community.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Health and Human Services
