REGISTERED NURSE

My Health My Resources of Tarrant County (MHMR) is looking for a REGISTERED NURSE. The RN will be a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team in the Behavioral Health (BH) Substance Use Disorder Services (SUDs) Department. You will provide nursing assessments and nursing interventions that are based on use of the nursing process for planning and identifying current or predicted health care needs for individuals in SUD services.

You will assess vital signs, review medication management and health conditions, to determine safe care of the individual served in BH SUDs. You will make medication decisions for the individuals served in the program related to medication delegation, self-administration of medication, or self-administration of medication with supervision.

Qualifications

Minimum: RN Program Graduation

Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing


Experience: 1+ years of direct care nursing experience

Experience:

Experience in working with individuals with substance use disorder preferred but not required.
