PC Technician I

"As part of the Technical Support Team, deliver exceptional customer service to MHMR employees and partners, utilizing strong technical and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading computer hardware, software, networks, and peripheral equipment. Assess user training needs, provide training, make recommendations for hardware/software acquisitions, prepare documentation, and offer user assistance as needed."
