R&R Aesthetics & Wellness is hiring a Full-Time Front Desk Patient Care Coordinator to lead our front office and support an exceptional patient experience. This is an administrative/front desk role only (not clinical). The position reports directly to the Practice Manager.

• Front desk or reception experience
• Experience in medical, med spa, dermatology, dental, or healthcare offices preferred
• Above average patient interaction and customer service skills
• Warm and welcoming personality
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Comfortable with EHR systems and scheduling software
• Clinical-only experience does NOT qualify

36–40 hours/week. Shifts will include all of the following: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays. Tuesdays 11AM - 7:30 PM, and two Saturdays per month 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM. We are currently closed on Wednesdays. (This is subject to change based on patient volume, events, holidays and staff vacations.)
