A company is looking for a Crisis Counselor, fully remote in Oregon.

Key Responsibilities Engage with individuals over the phone, providing support for emotional distress or mental health challenges Assess and mitigate risk while maintaining accurate documentation and providing resources as needed Maintain a secure, HIPAA-compliant workspace to ensure confidentiality and focus

Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university Minimum of 1 year direct experience in Behavioral Health or Social Services Strong background in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related behavioral healthcare field Ability to work in high-pressure environments and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Commitment to maintaining integrity and confidentiality in all interactions
