Job Description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Locations:
Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex (Texas) and Tulsa metropolitan area (Oklahoma)

Schedule:

Full-Time | Between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (varies by location) | Some Saturday mornings

Compensation: $80,000 – $130,000 annually (based on experience and location)

Work Setting:
Onsite

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles
  • Design, implement, and oversee evidence-based intervention programs
  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior therapists
  • Monitor client progress through data collection, analysis, and treatment modifications
  • Provide parent and caregiver training to ensure continuity of care
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state and ethical guidelines
  • Ensure services meet BACB ethical and professional standards
  • Support skill acquisition in communication, social interaction, adaptive living, and behavior reduction
What You Bring (Qualifications)
  • Active state license (or eligibility) in Texas or Oklahoma, depending on location
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience preferred (not required)
  • Recent graduates encouraged to apply if driven by passion and commitment
  • Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check
  • Must be able to pass a Pre-Employment Drug-Test
  • Strong leadership and team supervision skills
  • Experience developing individualized treatment plans
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Compassionate, patient, and mission-driven mindset
  • Commitment to long-term professional growth and excellence
  • Ability to work onsite within assigned metro area
