Job Title:
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Locations: Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex (Texas) and Tulsa metropolitan area (Oklahoma)
Schedule: Full-Time | Between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (varies by location) | Some Saturday mornings
Compensation: $40,000 – $55,000 annually (based on experience and location)
Work Setting: Onsite
Recruiting Lion Solutions is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to serve the Autism community across the Dallas DFW Metroplex and Tulsa Oklahoma Metroplex. We are looking for professionals who bring more than technical skills — individuals who lead with patience, kindness, and a true passion for helping children grow and thrive.
This role is about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with Autism and their families by supporting skill development, independence, and positive behavioral outcomes. What You’ll Do:
Provide direct one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children under the supervision of a BCBA
Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans as designed by the supervising BCBA
Collect accurate data on client progress and behavior goals during each session
Support skill acquisition in communication, social skills, daily living, play, and school readiness
Assist with behavior reduction strategies using positive reinforcement and evidence‑based interventions
Maintain professional and timely session documentation
Communicate effectively with supervisors and caregivers regarding client progress
Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
Ensure services are delivered in alignment with ethical and clinical standards
Foster a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment for each child
What You Bring (Qualifications):
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing (or willingness to obtain prior to start date)
High school diploma required;
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred
Experience working with children, especially within the Autism community, preferred but not required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to follow clinical direction and implement structured programs
Compassionate, patient, and energetic demeanor
Commitment to consistency, professionalism, and teamwork
Ability to work onsite within assigned metro area
Physical ability to engage in play‑based therapy (may include sitting on the floor, lifting up to 25 lbs., and active movement throughout sessions)
