Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Fort Worth, TX. The Mental Health Therapist will be responsible for providing counseling services to children, adolescents, and families to address mental health challenges. Daily tasks include creating individualized treatment plans, offering therapy sessions, conducting evaluations, and collaborating with clients to support positive behavioral and mental health outcomes. This role also involves working closely with families, educators, and other professionals to provide case management and ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Treatment Planning, including developing and executing evidence‑based therapy plans tailored to client needs.
  • Expertise in Mental Health and knowledge of effective intervention strategies for children, adolescents, and families.
  • Skills in Family Therapy, with the ability to collaborate with families to address interpersonal and developmental challenges.
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent in the state of Texas.
  • A graduate degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working in diverse communities.
